Oil Movement Co-ordinator

The principal accountabilities of the selected candidate will be to
- Plan & maintain shareholder’s tankers schedules and programmes for production and export of crude oil & gas condensate
- Study programming strategies, determine berthing priority for shareholders and advise operations division on arrival of shareholders’ tankers and lifting programmes
- Review and study work programmes of various divisions including plant maintenance, drilling work-over, well closure, engineering work, shut downs, major overhauls/inspections, etc and recommend appropriate changes to the programmes accordingly.
- Review shareholders’ monthly tanker leading nominations and make necessary changes to ensure availability of stock to avoid demurrage and shareholders requirements are within approved crude oil balances
- Prepare all necessary groundwork such as position documentation, view graphs, statements, etc and attend supply co-ordination meetings to discuss the operational activities with shareholders’ representatives and prepare report/minutes of meetings.
Ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering with 8-10 years experience in oil blending, process and Oil Terminal Operations, oil & gas commissioning.
Based in Abu Dhabi this is a Direct Hire position.
